NZ DELIVERY OPTIONS
We have free NZ-wide shipping over $25 and a flat rate of $2.50 for under $25. Goods will be sent by courier or NZ Post once payment has been received, either the same or next business day. Delivery can then take 2 to 5 days. Posted items can be sent to a PO Box.
PICK UP AT SHOP
Anything you order off the website can be picked up at the shop. Just tick the pick up box and it will be available to be collected during store hours. If you have elected to pay by cash/debit card you will need to pick up your order within 7 days.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
PAYMENTS Checkout is done via a secure server and we use Payment Express to process credit card payments to ensure your details are protected at all times. If you prefer you can also pay by direct debit (goods shipped once funds show up in our account) or by cash/debit card if you have selected Pick Up In Shop as your delivery method.
As our stock is shared between our Cuba Street shop and our online store, occasionally items can sell while an online order is being processed, or just can't be found on the shelves as unfortunately shoplifting is a fact of life in retail. In this case we will email you with an expected reorder arrival date, and you can either cancel the order or put it on back-order.
With thousands of graphic novels, comics and toys available we cannot stock everything, but we can often supply items not on our website. Email us at email@example.com

EMAIL CONFIRMATION You will receive an initial automatic email confirming your order and payment details, then another confirming the successful processing of your order and expected delivery date.
If there is a fault with the item you bought, you have been sent the wrong item or it is wrongly described, we will replace it at no extra cost, or make a full refund if a replacement is not available. If we need to wait for a reorder item to arrive there may be a small delay. We will pay for any return delivery fees but it need to be arranged with us first. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
CHANGE OF MIND
Graphic will not usually provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product, but if you wish to return upon receipt an unread book or unopened toy, and it has not been damaged, then we can supply you with a gift voucher to the same value of the item you are returning. You need to contact us first at email@example.com
and you will need to pay any return delivery fees.
Customer details, including your email address, will never be made available to any third party.
Online payment is made through Payment Express and we do not collect or store any of your credit card details.
WHO ARE WE?
Graphic Comics is New Zealand's oldest comic shop, originally starting trading in 1982 as VMS, from the company's name Visual Media Services Ltd. It then morphed into Comics Compulsion in 1990 and finally to Graphic Comics as its focus swung onto graphic novels.
